Zoom meeting 11/07/2022


On 11th July 2022 was held the Zoom Steering Committee meeting after the first Learning Activity in Paris, France, to summary the first project activities and exchanging experiences during many discussions and visits in France. In this meeting, each of the participants presented the activity carried out by the partner organisation they represent and how to fit in and assume their appropriate role within the Co4Tran project. All partners also discussed the next step of the project which will be the learning activities in Namur Brussels as agenda and accessible hotel suggestion. On the meeting was discussed dissemination plan to include from all partners dissemination forms for every dissemination activity performed by the partner (Social Media, Press Notes, participation in events, Bulletins … ) using the form, using CONACEEs sample for 1st Transnational meeting proofs & including past activities The Quality Plan was also discussed in purpose to give updated Quality Plan Document (with agreed amendments).

Among all partners were actively discussed also deliverables as Methodology Documents, Template Forms. It was also updated information about good practices at every partner country about social inclusion of people with disabilities, which is the important aim and element of project. All partners summarized also shortly the Learning Activities in Paris France. CONACEE asked also for checking all documents needed to be completed as project papers.The Zoom meeting was attended by representatives of the project leader, Spanish National Confederation of Special Employment Centers CONACEE (CONACEE Confederación Nacional Centros Especiales Empleo) and representatives of partner organizations from Spain – Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Complutense University in Madrid), Germany – Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Inklusionsfirmen and Fachberatung fuer Arbeits- und Firmenprojekte , France – Union Nationale Des Entreprises Adaptees Unea, Belgium – Entente Wallonne des Enterprises de Travail Adapte (EWETA) and Poland – Social Economy Support Centre Association Ja-Ty-My.
