1-st Learning Activity


The first Learning Activity took place in France on 27/06-01/07/2022, the host of the meeting was UNEA – the association that federates Adapted Enterprises(EA) and represents them to public and private actors. The Learning Activity in France was attended by representatives of the project leader, Spanish National Confederation of Special Employment Centers CONACEE (CONACEE Confederación Nacional Centros Especiales Empleo) and representatives of partner organizations from Spain – Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Complutense University in Madrid), Germany – Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Inklusionsfirmen and Fachberatung fuer Arbeits- und Firmenprojekte , France – Union Nationale Des Entreprises Adaptees Unea, Belgium – Entente Wallonne des Enterprises de Travail Adapte (EWETA) and Poland – Social Economy Support Centre Association Ja-Ty-My.

On the 1st day, the delegation went to Villabé in the Paris region to visit Log’ins, an inclusive company created in 2011 to support people with disabilities and promote equal opportunities by transmitting to them know-how. do, by promoting their entry into employment and allowing them to feel integrated and recognized by the work. Director of the structure first presented the company (turnover, workforce, strategy, organization chart and economic model). In a second step, the social workers and the supervisors showed us the deposit and the different activities of the structure. Log’ins offers solutions in fine logistics, E-Commerce, Co-Packing and employs more than 120 people. The company tries to demonstrate the strength of the model combining work and social support, in particular during the phases of professional transition. The operation of Log’ins is mainly based on the experimentation of the CDD Tremplin. The inclusive company, through its socio-professional support (development of professional skills, soft skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, etc.) aims to return to sustainable employment within an employer other than this kind of Company.


On the second day visit in France, all project partners had an appointment with the ANRH (Association for the professional and human integration and reintegration of disabled people), one of the first inclusive companies in France, created in 1954, which has 25 establishments. The employee of the ANRH establishment presented the association, the key figures and the type of support offered to their employees. People on the meeting focused on the transition through the experimentation of the CDD Tremplin. During this day was also visited the bicycle shop (supported by the ESAT) “Les petits vélo de Maurice”, where people with disabilities repair and sell bicycles. The lunch was organised at the ESAT “Les Petits Plats de Maurice” in a very professional setting and with people with disabilities who are very proud of their jobs. Then was a time to talk and summarize the measures put in place to support people with disabilities in general and transition in particular, and thus compare the login model to the ANRH model.

The third day took place in the premises of the UNEA where a presentation was made by Secretary of the UNEA and Director of Deastance Services. This Adapted Company is a pioneer in the experimentation of CDD Tremplin and has a specificity in socio-professional support. Deastance Services signs partnerships with its customers and future employers of employees on CDD Tremplin. After a brief presentation of the structure and activities, explained the barriers and obstacles to the CDD Tremplin system and the difficulty of building a profitable business model. A final point was of the Inclusive Business model in France as well as of the UNEA Academy which offers specific training for managers and directors of Adapted Businesses but also training on experiments and in particular on the CDD Tremplin system.
